The SEN Tutor will be responsible for providing tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This includes creating individualised learning plans, delivering lessons, monitoring progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

1. A relevant teaching qualification
2. Experience working with students with SEN
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments

A degree in Education or a related field is preferred

Prior experience in SEN teaching or tutoring is essential

1. Understanding of SEN educational strategies
2. Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
3. Ability to assess and adapt teaching methods
4. Excellent organisational skills

This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The SEN Tutor will primarily work in an educational setting and may need to travel to different locations within Harrow.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
