We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor to join our team in Richmond, Greater London. This is a temporary position with Part-Time hours in the Education and Training industry. The successful candidate will have SEN experience and will be responsible for providing tailored support and guidance to students with special educational needs.

  • Develop individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and abilities.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to support students' academic and personal development.
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation.
  • A relevant qualification in Education or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning styles.

A degree in Education or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role is required.

  • Understanding of special educational needs and different learning styles.
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

This role is based in Richmond, Greater London, and will involve working Part-Time hours. The salary range is £20 - £30 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
