What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Degree-level education.
  • Experience: Experience working with SEN students or students with additional needs. Experience with Autism is a plus.
  • Subject Mastery: Ability to teach core subjects up to GCSE level.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport and connect with students.
  • Personal Qualities: Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on students’ lives.
