  • Provide one-on-one tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to support students' learning and development
  • Assess students' progress and adjust tutoring techniques accordingly
  • Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the students' education
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs

Prior experience working as a tutor or teacher with SEN students

  • Understanding of different learning styles and techniques
  • Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials
  • Additional training in SEN support
  • Experience in assessing and developing individual education plans

Part-Time hours, flexible schedule, working closely with students and educational professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
