Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time hours

Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide tailored teaching and support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a one-on-one or small group setting
  • Create individualised learning plans and adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of each student
  • Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents and school staff
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students with SEN
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a SEN Specialist Tutor
  • Understanding of different learning styles and SEN conditions
  • Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
  • Knowledge of relevant teaching strategies and resources for students with SEN
  • Work primarily in a home or educational setting
  • May require travel to different schools or students' homes
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
