Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Deliver tailored lessons and educational activities to support the academic and social development of SEN students
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote a supportive learning environment
  • Hold a relevant teaching qualification
  • Demonstrate experience working with SEN students
  • Have a strong understanding of SEN requirements and best practises

A degree in Education or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SEN students

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Experience working in a school or educational setting

This role involves working directly with students in a home setting. The ability to travel to different locations within the East of England may be required. Full-time hours are expected, with flexibility to accommodate students' schedules.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
