Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide one-on-one tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create individualised learning plans based on students’ needs
  • Implement teaching strategies to support students in achieving educational goals
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Communicate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure student progress
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong understanding of SEN support strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field

At least 2 years of experience working as a SEN Tutor or in a similar role

  • Knowledge of SEN legislation and best practises
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Additional training in SEN support
  • Experience working with students with specific learning disabilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
