  • Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Create individualised learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance student learning and development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress regularly to track improvements and address any challenges.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student support.
  • Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs.
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Degree in Education or related field.

Prior experience working with students with Special Educational Needs.

  • Understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support SEN students.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to SEN students in an educational setting. The work may require flexibility in terms of scheduling to accommodate student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
