£20 - £30 Per hour

1. Provide specialised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). 2. Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student. 3. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance the learning experience. 4. Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing feedback and support as needed. 5. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students with SEN. 6. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.

- Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or equivalent - Enhanced DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field

At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting

- In-depth understanding of SEN practises and strategies - Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to SEN - Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles - Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting - Part-Time hours, flexible schedule - Interaction with students, parents, and educational staff - Potential travel to different locations within South East England

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
