  • Provide specialised tutoring to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to support students' learning and development
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs

Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs

Prior experience working as a tutor or teacher with SEN students

  • Understanding of various SEN conditions and their impact on learning
  • Knowledge of different teaching strategies and resources for SEN students
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments

This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis in a school setting. The tutor may need to travel to different locations within the Redhill area to provide support to students with SEN.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
