  • Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create individualised learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Deliver engaging lessons and activities that promote learning and development
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
  • Relevant qualification in Special Education Needs (SEN) or equivalent
  • Valid DBS check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Degree in Education or related field

Prior experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

  • Understanding of various learning difficulties and disabilities
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Empathy and patience

The role involves working with students in educational settings, collaborating with teachers and parents, and adapting to the individual needs of students with SEN. The position is part-time and temporary, offering flexibility in working hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
