  • Provide one-on-one support and tailored teaching to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
  • Implement strategies to support students in their academic and personal development
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Prior experience working with SEN students in an educational setting

  • Understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, providing support to students with SEN in an educational setting in Merton, Greater London. The work may involve some flexibility in working hours to accommodate students' needs and school schedules.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
