  • Provide individualised educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the diverse needs of SEN students
  • Assess students' progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Utilise specialised teaching techniques and resources to enhance students' learning outcomes
  • Previous experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
  • Understanding of SEN regulations and best practises
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
  • Relevant degree in Education or related field
  • SEN training or certification is desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with SEN students
  • Demonstrated success in improving students' academic and social development
  • Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and interventions
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Empathy and patience when working with students with diverse needs
  • Part-time hours, flexible schedule
  • Working in a school or educational institution setting
  • Potential for remote or online tutoring

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
