  • Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and goals.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and progress.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other educational professionals regarding students' progress and support needs.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in the UK.
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with SEN.
  • Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an SEN Tutor or in a similar role.

  • Understanding of SEN policies and procedures.
  • Ability to create and implement individualised education plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN.
  • Part-time hours, working on a temporary basis.
  • May require travel to different educational settings within the Greater London area.
  • Collaboration with other educators and professionals to support students' holistic development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
