  • Provide individualised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create tailored learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student
  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEN
  • Understanding of SEN policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies for students with SEN
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
