  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Develop and deliver tailored learning plans to meet the individual needs of each student
  • Implement strategies to enhance the academic and social development of students with SEN
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
  • Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and caregivers to ensure holistic support for students with SEN
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
  • Demonstrated experience working with students with Special Educational Needs

Degree in Education or relevant field

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Understanding of SEN regulations and best practises
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Additional training in SEN support
  • Experience with assistive technology for students with SEN
  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work primarily in a classroom or one-on-one setting
  • Collaborative work with other professionals and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
