  • Provide individualised support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Create tailored learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student
  • Implement strategies to help students overcome learning barriers and achieve academic goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to address the learning needs of students with SEN
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEN

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN

  • Understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) regulations and best practises
  • Ability to create engaging and effective learning materials
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Experience in delivering one-to-one tuition

The position involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The role may require travel to different locations within Oxfordshire to provide tuition services.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
