- Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities - Deliver engaging lessons and activities to enhance students' academic and social skills - Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust teaching strategies as necessary - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students - Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders

- Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or equivalent - Experience working with students with SEN in an educational setting - Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support SEN students - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs

- Degree in Education or related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with SEN

- In-depth knowledge of SEN policies and practises - Ability to create inclusive and supportive learning environments - Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning - Strong organisational and time management skills

- Additional certifications in SEN support or related fields

- Part-Time hours, flexible schedule - Work primarily in a school or educational setting - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals - May involve travel to different locations within the South East England area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
