Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time

Salary: £20 - £30 per hour

  • Provide tailored support and instruction to students on a one to one basis 
  • Create engaging sessions 
  • Implement effective teaching strategies to help students achieve their academic goals
  • Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a SEN tutor or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of different learning styles and abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Additional training in specific SEN areas, such as autism or dyslexia
  • Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
  • Work may be conducted in a school setting or students' homes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
