SEN Tutor New

Job Duties:

• Provide individualised support and tuition 
• Develop tailored learning plans
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience working with students with SEN.
• Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students

Knowledge and Skills:

• Understanding of various learning difficulties and disabilities.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialist training in SEN.
• Experience working in a SEN school or setting.

Working with TP Tutors:

• Part-time hours, flexible schedule.
• Work primarily in a  one-on-one setting with students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
