Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Tutor. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is temporary and part-time, with flexible hours.

  • Develop individualised learning plans for students with SEN
  • Deliver engaging and interactive tutoring sessions
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student learning
  • Provide feedback and support to students to enhance their academic and personal development
  • Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Proven experience in SEN teaching or support role
  • Understanding of different learning styles and strategies
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Experience working in a tutoring or mentoring capacity
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to SEN
  • Part-time hours with flexibility in scheduling
  • Work closely with students, parents, and educational professionals

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
