• Provide tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Develop personalised learning plans based on individual student requirements
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance student understanding and progress
• Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Knowledge of SEN support strategies and techniques
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field

• Strong understanding of SEN principles and best practises
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
• Effective time management and organisational skills
