Teaching Personnel's PWR Team

Are you a passionate and experienced educator looking for a leadership opportunity in special educational needs? Teaching Personnel’s PWR team is working with an “Outstanding” school in Peterborough that is seeking a dynamic and innovative SENCO to join their team from October half term (January starts accepted). This is an exciting role for a dedicated professional committed to providing exceptional support and learning experiences for students with additional needs.

QTS Required

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience in a SENCO role or in supporting students with special educational needs + NASENCO Award
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to improving student outcomes
