Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide individualised instruction to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in GCSE English and Maths
  • Create engaging lesson plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each student
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support student learning
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with SEND
  • Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a SEND setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Work primarily in a home setting
  • May involve travel to different school locations within the East of England region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
