Role Overview:

• Employment Type: Initially through Teaching Personnel, with the potential for a permanent contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with complex learning difficulties on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Work alongside teachers and other staff to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
• Help implement individualized learning plans and provide tailored support for each child’s unique needs
• Build positive relationships with pupils, fostering their confidence, independence, and social skills
• Maintain a strong focus on improving outcomes for all pupils attending the school
