SEND Teaching Assistant

Smile Education are delighted to be working alongside a thriving school based in the Oldbury. We are currently seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join the team from September 2024.
We are currently seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to join this friendly team from September 2024 on an ongoing basis. The successful applicant will be supporting pupils inside of the classroom, working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis where required. You will also be required to support pupils on a small group basis outside of the classroom, supporting with intervention works on key topics.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive team. The school is based in Oldbury within proximity to Bristnall Fields, Langley Green, and Oldbury Town Centre. The expected salary range for this role is between £9.64- £15.08 per hour, depending on experience
What to expect from applicants?
We would like applicants to hold a relevant TA qualification, such as Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning. Applicants should be confident in supporting pupils with SEND and providing small group intervention works.

To be successful in your application, you should have experience in one or more of the following:

• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, such as Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning.
• Available to work on a full-time basis from Monday- Friday
• Dedicated to delivering the very best to pupils through comprehensive learning support
