Are you passionate about helping children with complex learning needs? We’re looking for a SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Winchester that supports pupils with a variety of high needs. The Role:

  • Position: SEND Learning Support Assistant

  • Contract: Start through Teaching Personnel, with the opportunity to go permanent if it’s a great fit

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting children with complex learning difficulties in small groups or one-on-one
  • Working with teachers and staff to make sure each child gets the help they need
  • Helping pupils build confidence, independence, and social skills
  • Keeping a positive attitude, even when things get tough!
  • Playing a key part in improving the outcomes for all pupils
