School Estates Manager – Stretford (M16)

The SLT of a Roman Catholic school for pupils with autism, learning difficulties and complex needs are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, ambitious and committed Estates Manager who will join their school team at a very exciting stage of its journey. This school is currently undergoing a new School Building Project, providing an opportunity for an experienced and skilled Estates Manager. This position provides excellent opportunities for further career progression. An excellent Estates Manager with the ability to inspire and develop a high-quality learning environment for the school community.

The school are seeking an Estates Manager who is skilled and experienced in facilities management and in leading others. The successful applicant will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the provision, including safeguarding and health and safety activity.  

This is a temp to perm role through Teaching Personnel with an ASAP start. The incoming Estates Manager will start after registering with Teaching Personnel, subject to an Enhanced DBS check and references covering the past 2 years of employment history. This role covers 36.25 hours per week with 25-30 days of holiday allowance per year, increasing with continuous service. Dependent on skills and experience, the successful applicant will receive NJC Scale PO 2/3; Pts 31-33 £39 186 - £41 418.
