Role Overview

The Senior School Admin & Exams Officer will be integral to ensuring the smooth operation of school administrative processes and the successful execution of examinations. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for education and strong administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examinations Management: Plan, schedule, and coordinate all internal and external exams. Ensure compliance with examination board regulations and manage all aspects of the examination process.
  • Administration: Oversee student records, attendance, admissions, and staff coordination. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with school policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership and Training: Lead and train administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Ensure staff are well-versed in school administrative procedures and examination protocols.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for examination-related inquiries from students, parents, and staff. Maintain clear and effective communication within the school community.
