About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Support Assistant to work closely with a young boy in our SEN primary school who faces SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) difficulties. The ideal candidate will be a strong role model, with the ability to offer both emotional and behavioural support, while fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment.
In this role, you will be supporting the child on a one-to-one basis, helping him develop his emotional regulation, social skills, and focus in line with his individual education and behaviour support plans.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
