What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging Lessons: Create dynamic and engaging English lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with a wide range of Special Educational Needs.
• Creative Adaptation: Use innovative teaching techniques to adapt learning materials, enhancing communication and literacy for students with varied abilities.
• Supportive Environment: Cultivate a positive, nurturing classroom where every student feels encouraged and capable of success.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated SEN team to create and implement individual learning plans (IEPs) that cater to each student’s unique needs.
• Tracking Progress: Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback that motivates students to reach their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
