Salary: £80 - £100 Per day

Hours: 8:30am - 16:30pm

  • Provide support and assistance to classroom teachers in delivering lessons and activities
  • Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs
  • Help create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Support students with emotional or behavioural difficulties
  • Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Good understanding of the UK education system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications
  • Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
  • Experience supporting students with special educational needs
  • Knowledge of various teaching strategies and learning styles
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong organisational skills
  • First Aid certification
  • Training in safeguarding and child protection
  • Full-Time hours, temporary position with the view of going permanent shortly after
  • Work within a school environment
  • Potential exposure to challenging behaviours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
