Sports Coach

Sports Coach/Cover Supervisor:
We are seeking a dedicated Sports Coach/Cover Supervisor to join one of our schools near Solihull in providing support and supervision in the absence of regular teaching staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports coaching and educating young minds.
Responsibilities:
Supervise students in various settings when teachers are absent.
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.
Provide support to students with their learning activities.
Engage students in sports coaching activities during break times
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Sports coaching experience is advantageous.
Educated to at least A-Level standard or equivalent.
A genuine interest in supporting the educational development of young learners
