Do you want to work in a school which allows you work in a friendly and welcoming environment where you can build connections with children and are able to interact and play? Teaching Personnel is in collaboration with a primary SEN provision in the South of Bristol where the school work closely as a team and with the children meeting the needs of each child.  You don’t need any prior experience, but to have the interest of working with young children and open mind to understanding autism.  

 

This is the ideal opportunity for those thinking about getting into teaching and want to gain some real life experience, have already been assisting teachers in schools and want to work more 1:1 and make an impact in the child’s learning, or have previously worked with children and want to take their expertise to the classroom!   

 

 The role is fulltime to begin in September, with interviews taking place now! 

 

About the position:  

- No prior teaching qualifications/ experience needed 

- Monday- Friday (08:00-3:00) term time only. Work fits into your life creating a healthy work/life balance 

- £84/ day paid weekly and accessible routes 

- lunch included   

 

The successful candidate will:  

- Be confident and proactive working with challenging behaviour 

- Enjoy play with young children and are interactive and have a good sense of humour  

- Look forward to making every day exciting in the classroom and making a safe space for the students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
