Supply General Cover Teacher: PR1

Secondary School in Preston, Lancashire.

Start Date: ASAP.

End Date: Continuous.

Teaching Personnel currently work with multiple schools across Preston to support with cover staffing and long-term staffing placements. We are currently recruiting for a Supply general cover Teacher to support across the schools and cover lessons throughout the day. This role will require the successful candidate to hold a QTS qualification and must be confident to support across the different subjects.

Role and responsibilities:

• Cover lessons at short notice.
• Manage behaviour of pupils whilst in class.
• Manage any immediate problems.
• Leaving a handover for Class Teacher.
• Build rapport with students.
• Collect completed work.

Requirements:

• Have school experience.
• QTS qualification.
• Must be available for a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Flexible and available to work on short notice.
• Ability to travel, either by car or public transport.
