  • Safeguarding and Wellbeing: Prioritise the safety and wellbeing of all children, following the school's safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working with children, particularly those with behavioural needs, is highly desirable.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach, with a genuine desire to help children succeed.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to take on different roles and challenges as needed.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Why Join Us?

  • Rewarding Work: Make a meaningful impact in the lives of children who need it most.
  • Supportive Environment: Join a friendly and welcoming team who are committed to professional development and sharing best practices.
  • Flexibility: Enjoy the benefits of supply work with the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain diverse experience.
