Supply Teacher – what makes you suited to this role:
- Ability to supervise and cover a secondary class.
- You can implement behaviour management.
- QTS / PGCE is desirable - degree level of education required.
- Strong communication.
- Prior education / classroom / tutoring experience.
- Professional approach to helping students learn and remain engaged.
- Flexible in covering an array of subjects.
- A full enhanced DBS will be required, which can be processed through Smile Education.
