Teaching Personnel work in partnership with several schools that need supply teachers to cover in different areas within the schools on a regular basis. If you are looking for work that offers you the flexibility to choose when and where, this could be the perfect option for you.

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to secondary school students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching secondary school students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Whether you are a newly qualified or experienced teacher looking to network in a variety of new schools as a supply teacher, we can provide you with regular daily/long term work. Whether you are looking for 2- or 5-days flexible work a week we would like to hear from you. Working on a supply basis will require you to ideally have your own form of transport as sometimes we may call you on the morning of work at short notice. We also have several pre-planned absences where we will be able to provide you with advanced notice of work allowing you plenty of time to prepare for the day ahead.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
