Secondary Supply Teacher in Stoke on Trent

Are you a passionate, hardworking supply teacher searching for flexible working in a secondary school? Then look no further!
Smile are working with a secondary school in Stoke on Trent seeking a supply teacher to support throughout their daily timetable. As a Supply Teacher, you must carry out pre-planned lessons when teaching staff are absent. Whilst doing this, you must ensure that pupils are supported when needed, engaged in the classwork and good behaviour is maintained.
General cover is required, however if you are a supply teacher with subject specialism, the school can do their best to use your skills and knowledge within these lessons. This role is available to start as soon as, with opportunities available in September too!
The expected pay rate for the role is between £150-£240 per day depending on experience.
Requirements:

• Teaching/ classroom experience
• Strong behaviour management skills
• QTS/ degree level of education
• Able to help pupils learn and keep them engaged throughout the lesson/day
• A full enhanced DBS is required or willing to pay for one to be processed through Smile Education.
