Position: Supply Teacher

Location: Northampton

Teaching Personnel is dedicated to providing quality education to students in our community. We are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Supply Teachers to join our team and support secondary schools in and around Northampton in delivering excellent education during staff absences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom management.
  • Adapt to different subjects and year groups as required.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Support students in their educational and social development.
  • Follow school policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Provide feedback to the regular classroom teacher on student progress and any issues encountered.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
  • Valid teaching certification for secondary education.
  • Prior teaching experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and subjects.
  • Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
