  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
  • Mark and provide feedback on student work to support their progress
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school staff to ensure continuity in learning
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in any subject
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Previous experience working as a teacher in a classroom setting
  • Experience in working with students of various abilities and backgrounds
  • Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students in their learning
  • Proficiency in literacy and numeracy
  • Additional training in behaviour management or special educational needs (SEN)
  • Full-time contract position
  • Work hours may vary depending on school requirements
