Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary school teacher/instuctor looking for a flexible teaching opportunity? We are seeking reliable and motivated day-to-day supply teachers to join our team for the new academic year in Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a variety of Secondary schools, enriching young minds and making a real difference in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality lessons across all year groups (Year 7 to year 13).
  • Adapting to different school environments and teaching styles.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Following lesson plans provided by the school or creating engaging and interactive lessons when necessary.
  • Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience teaching in Secondary schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school settings.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
