Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit supply teachers to work in secondary schools in the Swansea area. With the new academic year fast approaching, schools will always be on the lookout for supply teachers to cover when they have illnesses or teaching staff on courses. We work closely with a number of secondary schools in the Swansea area.

Supply Teachers Must Have:

·         Be able to teach one of the core subjects (English, Maths, Science) at a KS3 and/or KS4 level.

·         Excellent classroom management skills.

·         The ability to motivate and enthuse students.

·         The ability to be a positive role model to students.

·         The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

We will be holding interviews over the next couple of weeks as we want to have our staff ready to work in September. We will be in contact with schools over the summer holidays and want to be able to introduce our educators to the school before the start of September.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
