Supply Teacher – Derbyshire

Teaching Personnel is working alongside several schools within the Derbyshire area that are looking for fully qualified teachers to provide general cover starting in September 2024. Whether you’re looking to teach for 2/3 days or for the full week, we have opportunities that suit your lifestyle.

The role will consist of delivering a range of pre-planned lessons for students spanning KS3/4, ensuring all students are engaged and progressing well during the lesson. If you’re looking for an opportunity where you have full control of where and when you wish to work, Teaching Personnel will accommodate your preferences.

Requirements:

  • A recognized teaching qualification (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching secondary school students.
  • The ability to teach any subject.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • A flexible approach to work and willingness to travel within the Derbyshire area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
