Salary: £120 - £140 Per day

As a Supply Teacher based in Sale, Greater Manchester, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Your role will involve following the school's curriculum, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, and ensuring the overall well-being and progress of the students.

  • Deliver engaging and informative lessons in line with the school curriculum
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
  • Follow school policies and procedures
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Previous experience in teaching or working with children
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Effective classroom management skills
  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or behaviour management

You will work full-time hours on a contract basis, with the possibility of covering different classes and subjects. The role may involve working in various schools within the North West England region, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
