Are you a dynamic and passionate Supply Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Northampton? We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teachers to work at some of our client secondary schools within the area. If you are committed to making a positive impact on students' learning experiences, we want to hear from you!

The role will require you to deliver lessons from a prepared plan already designed by the permanent class teacher, ensuring all students are engaged. The lessons will vary from different subjects and ages and have all types of skill sets so it is important that you’re able to adapt to these changes affectively to ensure understanding across the board in your lessons.

Supply Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various subjects as a Supply Teacher.
  • Adapt to different school environments and follow existing lesson plans.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Support students' learning and development with enthusiasm and dedication.
  • Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working as a Supply Teacher in secondary schools.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and reliable with a passion for teaching.
