Supply Teacher

Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours

Education and Training

£120 - £140 Per day

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students across different age groups and subjects as required
• Follow lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity in learning
• Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
• Assess and evaluate student progress through various methods
• Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and external stakeholders

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Enhanced DBS check

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Prior experience in teaching or working with children in an educational setting

• Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Good classroom management skills

• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Experience in teaching multiple subjects

• Work in a school environment
• Full-time hours, typically following the school schedule
• Potential for travel to different schools within the area

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
