Salary: £120 - £140 Per day

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students across different age groups and subjects
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit the learning styles and abilities of individual students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Follow the school's policies and procedures
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Previous experience teaching in a classroom setting
  • Experience working with diverse student populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective classroom management techniques
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans
  • Strong understanding of educational technology
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Additional subject specialisms or teaching certifications
  • Work in a school setting with a diverse student population
  • Regular school hours with potential for additional responsibilities or extracurricular activities
  • Collaborate with other teaching staff and school leadership

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
