Salary: £120 - £140 Per day

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress
  • Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS Check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
  • Previous experience working as a teacher or in a similar role
  • Experience working with children and managing classroom dynamics
  • Strong understanding of the UK education system and curriculum
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Additional training or certifications in specific subject areas
  • Experience working in different school settings
  • Work in a school environment
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
  • Potential for travel to different schools within the area
  • Collaboration with school staff and students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
