Education and Training

£120 - £140 Per day

  • Deliver planned lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a productive learning environment
  • Follow the school's curriculum and lesson plans
  • Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions as required
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working in a classroom setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Previous experience working as a teacher or educator

  • Strong understanding of the national curriculum
  • Ability to engage and motivate students
  • Organisational skills and ability to manage classroom dynamics
  • Proficient in IT and educational technology
  • Additional certifications in specific subject areas
  • Experience working as a supply teacher

Work in a school setting, follow the school's timetable, and adhere to school policies and procedures. Must be flexible with assignments and able to work in different schools as needed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
